Boston Women’s Network Event to Reveal Five Crucial Tips in Landing the Job You Want

BWN will showcase three local career experts who will advise jobseekers on navigating the current recession.

The Boston Women’s Network will be hosting a “Living with a Hire Purpose” event at the Brookline Holiday Inn, exclusively for those who need more guidance in their job search. Don’t miss this opportunity to iron out resume dilemmas, soothe interview qualms, and diminish concerns over unemployment while casually enjoying dinner, drinks, and the company of workforce experts.

The event will be moderated by Boston Women’s Network’s Carrie Plantamura and will feature three women recognized for their accomplishments in employment services: Roberta Chinsky Matuson, Jennifer d’Ercole, and Kim Wachter.

Roberta Chinsky Matuson- President of Human Resource Solutions, and Workforce Expert. Matuson is known for her contributions with BostonWorks, Monster.com, Careerbuilder.com, Pink Magazine, and Hotjobs! Yahoo.

Panelists
Kim Wachter- Consultant for the Creative & Marketing Division at Hollister, Inc. Wachter has been a recruiter for two years, using her experience as a Marketing and Advertising professional at Jack Morton Worldwide to work in the Creative Division.

Jennifer d’Ercole-Business Services Representative for the Department of Workforce Development. D’Ercole has been in the workforce services for nine years. She is responsible for the maintenance of qualified applicants, posting of job openings, assistance with recruitment activities, planning of job fairs, labor market information and resources for training grants and tax credits.
