Marc Breakstone discusses problems with spine surgery in Boston.

Marc Breakstone criticizes handling of evidence in ventilator case.

Immediately following the death of a fifteen-year-old boy with cerebral palsy who died when his ventilator stopped working during a power outage, police sent the ventilator back to its manufacturer.
