Secondly, if that theory were correct, whether it could be developed to the extent that ordinary people without profound musical or medical knowledge could act as ‘therapists’ in the broad sense and bring some brightness into the lives of those affected.

Accepting that although he was well qualified as a musician, he did not aspire to any great Medical, or Psychological letters after his name, he pursued a more practical approach by exploring how popular and readily obtainable music might be harnessed to help those same people.

He also pursued studying the results of the academic research into the Brain Wave ranges and their effects on the individual. The music he utilised was carefully chosen, re-recorded and balanced to provide the ultimate benefit from relatively short, attention holding pieces, assembled into hour long sessions. This was found, when linked to simple rhythmic movements to act as both a mental and physical stimulus.

Utilising a group of willing (and grateful) local Care Homes, contemporary music styles were introduced by the researcher and his wife, who added her knowledge of movement and choreography to encourage clients as a group to exercise, vocalise, reminisce, and relax in turn. Individuals were advised to participate purely within their capabilities and not to overstretch their comfort zone.

Tyranny is once again upon us in America and if we are not to act soon we will lose many of the rights and freedoms we have fought so hard for. Helped along by a media induced coma, very few realize the situation we are in.  While I trust my country will yet be free, if we do not act we will lose what we have worked for.  Whether they be Black, White, Asian or Spanish; all of us are at risk and its time to look beyond the divide and rule tactics.

Due to the fact there are no term limits we have created kings like Barney Frank and Chuck Schumer and queens like Nancy Pelosi and in doing so may well sign our own death certificate of freedom.

Congress and numerous Politicians now have an absolute grip on power; freely changing the law and violating the constitution for their own gains.  Many have loyalty to their political party rather than to the American people.

In my own state of Massachusetts the law makers have such an absolute grip on power that they freely have and do change the laws at a whim in order to ensure Democrats are elected.

Unfortunately the situation isn’t unique to Massachusetts, it is occurring from California to New York.

The truth is members of both parties are much more wealthy than you or I, and therefore have created a situation where we are ruled not by the people, for the people but by government for the party; whichever one is in power.

The further we allow the government to destroy our countries financial stability the more power the government will have to control us.  With no forced protections from government spending we are assured to be enslaved and unable to recover. Now is the time to act and now is the only time we have.

What we recommend is the following and propose the following for all Americans to consider:

An amendment to the Constitution which would impose term limits on all members of Congress.  We have created kings and queens and this needs to stop.   We propose two – six year terms. Budget caps on spending except in a times of war or emergency Fixing of the social security and Medicare systems before we add a 3rd national program and more huge debt. If the government cannot fix these two systems they will not be able to run a 3rd. Simple health care reform that:  1. Allows individuals across state lines to pool into a health care service of choice. 2. No limits on who is accepted

The current reality that is upon us is frightening and I ask all of you to consider the above.
